Xenophobes are villains who hate, dislike, judge or fear cultures, countries, communities, clans, races, religions, species and factions. Their good opposites are egalitarians.

Ironically, some Pure Evils are the complete opposite and happen to be one of the only characters in the story who does not discriminate or judge people based on a trait that nearly everyone else does (e.g. Shan Yu not judging Mulan for being a woman)

Please do not add genocidal Pure Evils into this category. Xenophobes are only villains who hate other ethnicites without genocide.
