Rize Kamishiro is a villain of the anime and the manga of the same name created by Sui Ishida, Tokyo Ghoul. Originally the girlfriend that the protagonist, Ken Kaneki, hang out with, it is revealed that Rize herself is a femme fatale nicknamed "Binge Eater" who seduces several innocent people including the likes of Ken Kaneki before eating them for her own amusement. However, after she was defeated, she was captured and experimented by Professor Akihiro Kanou at the end of the day.
She is voiced by Kana Hanazawa in the Japanese version. Best known as voicing Nadeko Sengoku the Medusa and Seryu Ubiquitous from Akame ga Kill. And in the English version, she is voiced by Monica Rial who is best known as voicing Mirajane Strauss, Tsubaki Nakatsukasa and Stocking.

What Makes Her Pure Evil
- Although Ghouls normally eating only one person a month, Rize kills and eats multiple people for her own amusement.
- Due to her actions, several Ghoul will face several problems with the Ghoul Hunters. This resulted on Rize skipping several wards to indulge her own appetites.
- Seducing the innocent Kaneki so that she could eat him for her own amusement and this resulted on Kaneki transforming into a ghoul himself.
